I have a user that when he opens up Outlook 2003 and he
has 2 personal folders listed, 1 that is real and another
that has the same name as the first (Let's say Personal
Folder 2004), but isn't connected. You can't right click
and close it and you can't open it, nothing you get an
error saying something like this isn't connected blah
blah blah. I would like to know how to get it out of
there. That 2nd personal folder isn't listed under Data
Files just the one that works is. If I remove the one
that works, the bad personal folder is still there. I was
wondering if there was a registry edit I could do to
remove it?? Any ideas would be great!
