Personal folder backup addin - not working

I use the Personal Folder Backup Add-in and it's been working just fine.
Until recently, that is. Suddenly the scheduled backups ceased, and when I
looked in the File menu there was no "Backup..." option anymore.

So I de-installed and re-installed the program and the installation seemed
to work just fine, but the Backup option never appears again in the File menu.

Does anyone have any clues to what might be the problem - and how to fix it?

The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with

the following steps.



1. Exit Outlook.

2. On the Start menu click Run

3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.



regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll"



NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the

location on your computer.



4. After running the command line start Outlook.
