Personal contact list

We have exchange set up with a global contact address book and then we also
have our .pst set up to a different drive. When one of our users selects her
personal contact list from address book, she gets an "unavailable" message.
If she closes outlook, reopens, then selects again, she can get addresses
from her personal contact list. If she then goes back to her global list,
next time she accesses the personal list, again the unavailable message.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook and reset up her pst files. Any
other ideas?
 
Remove the Outlook Address Book service from her profile, restart Outlook,
add it again, restart Outlook, see if it works now.
