An employee at a remote office, I believe has Outlook 2002, but she didn't
include that. Anyways, she has a distribution list that she wants to remove
from the Personal Address Book and have it reside in her Contacts folder.
Can this be done and if so, how?

Thanks.

I think you need to re-check the details - AFAIK Outlook 2002 does NOT use
"Personal Addressbook".....

In the Address Book, the Show Names from the: says Personal Address Book. Is
this something else?

Presumably it's a hang-over from a very old version of Outlook. Has Outlook
been upgraded from (say) version 2000? It /should/ say "show names from
Contacts" not Personal Addressbook. Is there that option in the drop-down
box?

I believe it's there and that's why she wants to take everything from
Personal Address Book and move it to Contacts. Can this be done?

And has she looked in the Contacts folder?

Yes, there is nothing there, but she wants to use her Contacts folder, but
doesn't want to recreate everything.
