Persisting UI settings (splitters, window sizes etc)

Is there a good, well tested class out there that can help me save and
restore all sorts of UI settings (splitter positions, main window size,
position, state etc)? I could write all the code myself but I imagine this
has been done countless times before. I found a couple of classes on
CodeProject.com but they did not include functionality to store splitter
positions.
