Help!!!

Recently I tried the Microsoft anti-spyware program from their site and the
only other thing new that I had downloaded was an antivirus program from
Staples containing Panda software. I am getting a persistent message when I
restart my machine (and only on startup):

szModName:unknown
szModVer: 0.0.0.0
offset: oooooooo

Wen I look into what else the report says, it has the following information:

Temp files:
C:\DOCUME~1\Jenny\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER95be.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Jenny\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER95be.dir00\appcompat.txt

This is all precipitated by the message that Win32 Generic host has
experienced a problem and needs to close. I have sent a message to
Microsoft, don't know if that was a good move or not, but don't know what to
do with this information and how to fix the problem.

I have uninstalled the Panda antivirus and am running EZTrust firewall and
antivirus. Thanks for any and all help. It is very appreciated.

Copy/paste the following line into an IE Addressbar, click on GO, then
copy/paste the results into your reply:

javascript:navigator.appMinorVersion

Also state your Windows version.

Start > Run > (type in) cleanmgr > OK > Allow the initial scan to complete
(may take a while) > Check all options showing data which can be deleted
(including TEMP or Temporary files) > OK

This is what I saw when I copied/pasted that address:
;SP2;
I run WinXP home edition

I ran the disk cleanup and deleted all the stuff that I could in the options
window. I checked everything.

Let's hope this fixes it. Any more advice?

Thanks!
