We are scanning our campus network for computers that
have not apply security patches and re-directing them to
a web-page that explains to them that there access has
been restricted until they apply all critical updates
from Microsoft. The problem comes in with restricting
there access, but still allowing them to apply the
critical updates. It seems that every update goes to a
different IP address to install. Some of them multiple
addresses during different stages of the install.
Is there a list of all IP addresses used for critical
update installs that we can obtain so that we can
accomplish this?
