Permissions

I uninstalled a program but not all the folders and files were removed, so I
need to delete them manually. For some reason, even though I'm the
Administrator I don't have the necessary permissions, and when I try to add
the permissions, Windows gives me an error saying I can't add the permissions
for myself. How am I supposed to delete these files?

Check who is folder's owner and take ownership to your user if needed first.
