permissions on the the folders

Hi,
I plan to move some of the user folder from one server
to the other server, both the servers are in the same
domain.I want the folders to be copied with te permissions
also, otherwise it will be a great work for me set the
permissions again.Sure there is a way, can anybody help me
in that.
