Hi, I am Helmut,
and work with citrix in the company and in the home office on my local
PC.
The Access application at home runs on a german W2K,
I change the permissions for the groups of power users and developer.
The Administrator has no permissions as member of users. Disabled in
SecMgr.
My Admin Account works fine. I change the permissions.
then I compile the VB Code successfully.
Compact and repair the database.
(There I got damaged db until I changed currency formats from € to
Standard in Forms and tables)
Run SecMgr, include all groups.
Move the secured9.mdw and db9.mdb to the Windows 2000 Terminal Server.
Call the Administrator there, he runs
Security Manager following my instructions,
with my user name and password. (Which worked in my environment)
I start the database via Citrix,
NO Permissions for the objects any more, :-((
when I look at them: only for
the administrator, there are now permissions.
The groups dont have any.
