permissions for certain directories

I have a SBS2003 with AD. The folders are the users
folders on a D drive under their names. I have tried
everything i can think of.

The drive folder is being mapped to their local Z drive.
They can see it and browse it but they can not create
anything in it.

I have givin all rights to the user and they still can not
create. Am i missing something with AD?

The parent folder has only admin rights givin to it, no
one else.
THe users folder is shared with everyone group with read
only. If i give everyone group all access then the users
work fine.

Help, I will monitor this closely. I need to get this
resolved.

They will need modify permissions on the share to write files into it and they
will need read/list/execute/write ntfs permissions to create files and modify to
delete files. --- Steve
