Permissions error

I have a database with an .mwd file attached to it. When
I am prompted for the name and password and it submits I
get an error message saying I do not have permissions.
This is true for every user and the Admin set in the
file. How am I suppose to change the permissions to get
into the DB if even the Admin can't get in.
Please help.

Are you sure you are using the correct mdw file? Are you sure that the user
you are using has 'open' permission on the mdb?
