Permission

I am using Vista Ultimate and am loggedd in as administrator but when I
attempt to replace a system file (msadox.dll) I get a popup that I don't
have permission? I am the administrator. How do I disable this restriction?

Through the advanced security tab. You must take ownership pf it.

properties/secutity/advanced/owner/edit
