How do I create a password for one page on my site so
that no one can view that particular page with my
permission? is this done through my server or front page?

Check with your ISP / WPP to see if they allow the use of permissions on a
single page.

You could also orphan the page so that no one would know the URL expect
yourself.

You could create a JavaScript that uses the above orphaned page to access
