Permission to run .bat file is not remembered

I launch a .bat file which in turn runs another .bat file. MS Antispyware
keeps popping up a question asking me if I want to allow this. The action is
not remembered. The only way to load the .bat file is to disable realtime
protection.

Script blocking has some major issues and it has been reported many times
here. I would turn it off and hope it gets fixed in beta 2.

This is a known issue.

The thing to also make certain is that you are using the administrator
account that installed MSAS when you try to launch this script file,
otherwise the information will not be remembered by MSAS since it currently
only supports the administrator account that installed MSAS.
