When trying to run a Application I have installed on my Win2K3 Terminal
Server I get Permission Denied. When I am logged on under Local Admin, works
fine, when I log on under this User, I get permission Denied. Any Ideas?

Have you checked the NTFS permissions on the applications folder?
Was the application installed while the TS was in install mode?
Have you checked with the vendor if they support running their
application under TS?
Do you have any restrictive Group Policies in place?
Is there anything in the EventLog on the TS?

Download FileMon and RegMon from http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run
them as administrator (when no user is connected), start a TS session
as a normal user and try to run the application.

FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors that
occur, so that you can give your users the necessary permissions on a
file-to file or Registry subkey basis.
