Permanently Setting Affinity

I know how to set the affinity to process under TAsk Manager, but when I
restart they all default back to both Cores. So, I was wondering if there
was a way to save those so I did not have to reset them every time I
restarted. Thanks!!!

I just went to this link, downloaded and installed the update. It seems to
have fixed my display problem so I don't have to change the Affinity anymore.
