permanently deleting pages from home page option

I have this problem. Like a virus, a website
(www.rightfinder.net) has taken-over as my home page. i
have tried changing my home page to others, to blank etc
but after a while again this rightfinder takes over*** I
have tried delteting all cookies etc from all users
folders but hasnt worked.I cant find IE home page folder
anywhere where i can locate this rightfinder thing and
delete it so can you please guide me as to how i can get
rid of this URL from my system?
