permanent hyphen

How do you set up Word 2007 so that it will automatically hyphenate all new
documents?

Open the Normal.dotm template directly, using Office button > Open >
Trusted Templates. Turn on automatic hyphenation (Page Layout > Page
Setup > Hyphenation). Save and close the template.
