peripherics? 3 in 1 web camera!

please who can help me out with proper installation of this webcam on xp? it
works well on first installation, but switching on the pc on second attempt,
i can not find. msg. displayed : "error080040275 can not add ....". company
"topro" and i cant find their website for support.
