Periodic beep ?how to identify cause

Hello group:
My win2kP computer is making a muted beep about every 20 seconds, but
everything is running fine. Task manager doesn't show anything unusual
in processes and CPU usage is normal. Nothing new added, except the
windows security update, but I think it was doing it before I
downloaded that.
Is there any way I can check to see what's doing it and how to stop
it?

Any luck on determing where the prob is located?


40 Celsius is 104 Fahrenheit - a bit above body
temperature, unless you have a really high fever!
