Performance settings

I have 2 Windows 2000 servers which are also Citrix
MetaframeXP servers. Under the advanced systems properties
and Performance Options, would it be better to set it to
optimize performance for Background Services or
Applications? We are running MS Office 2000 on both these
servers with heavy usage of Word and Access.
