Performance settings with just drivers?

If I don't use the Catalyst Control Center and just load the
drivers, then what are the performance settings set to for
3D with D3D and/or OpenGL?
Is it set to what the would be the default setting with
Catalyst Center for things like the performance slider and
mip mapping slider? I would guess that it would leave the
games to select the AA settings.

Yes, everything would be at the "defaults".

Why don't you install the fast and clean ATi Tray Tools? It provides all the
adjustments you need, with the exception of Crossfire support.

I forgot about the Ati Tray Tools. I had been using the
Omega drivers with my old card but they have not been
updated for a while and I bought a new card and wanted to
try the latest ATI drivers.
