Hashing of files so we reduce false positives will always give us a
performance hit as we run the application. We are working on some cool ways
to balance the perf issue as well as reduce false positives. For every
person who says it takes too long to run, there is another one who is upset
that we flagged something we should not have. It is a delicate balance, and
one I think we will get right by the time we RTW.
