If you want to see what is using your resources look at
the processes tab. Then you can click view then select
columns and display whatever you want including your
Graphics Device Interface(GDI). If you need a better idea
of the processes and what is using them then get the
System Internals process viewer. www.sysinternals.com
This will give you a clearer indications of everything
that your system is using from the virtual memory\pagefile
(allocated)to the I\O reads and writes. Good luck.
