The Reliability Monitor on my Vista Home laptop stopped since 10/09/08 with
an index of 5.87.
Is it not possible that the perfmon works again?

That's a nice trick considering it is only October 2nd, 2008. Would
you consider renting your time travel machine? I could make a real
killing in the stock market if I knew where stock prices would be a
week in the future. ;-)

Most countries put the day first, then the month and the year. I believe
that the USA is the only country that puts the month first followed by
the day and year. So, the OP was saying September 10, 2008.

Have you checked to see if the RAC task is still enabled in Task
Scheduler,
Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > RAC.
It then needs 24hours to display a result.
