As a new user, I am pleased to say that the one and only
time I have sought assistance from this group, I received
constructive, helpful advice...and learn't from that.
I made a conscious effort to post at a time when the
dreaded Perdita did not appear to be active since this
individual seems devoid of courtesy and ability.
One wonders about the claims of expertise made by Perdita
(who I assume to be female?)since I have yet to see any
evidence of this self-professed knowledge. If it exists,
then why not use it to help bring these "morons" to a
level where they irritate you less Perdita? Furthermore,
if you genuinely feel that everyone is wasting your time,
how about not even bothering to read the messages posted
at all? You may be sure that that will save your time.
There is little doubt you have a problem, but do not
despair as there are numerous good clinics that can help
you overcome this. Trust me, that would be time well
spent.
It is clear that you are a sensation seeker and you have
mastered the skill of eliciting reactions to your
nastiness. The clever ones are those who totally ignore
your postings and I would urge others to follow their
example. Perdita needs serious help and I propose we all
give her that help by completely ignoring her postings.
All the while we feed her(?) misplaced creative talents,
she will continue her insults.

Well said Linsy ... to all others, just ignore his
postings. I print out a lot of questions and answers as
I read and try to learn from others. Everyone else seems
very helpful. When I print out questions and answers, I
just highlight and delete the retards remarks. I don't
even waste my time reading his/her/its??? postings.

<snip> Please see original post...

This has already come up on another NG (MS.public.basics or general). Kelly
pointed out and I have noticed that Perdita X. Dream is an impostor; note
the period after :X" and the message style. While Perdita X may have been,
er, rude, he/she had never been really crude i.e. used the foul language
Perdita X. is using.

I have my own theories here but am waiting to see...

I wondered that......

Thanks for the clarification. My comments were, of
course, directed at whoever came up with today's display
of the vernacular and I unreservedly apologise to the
originator of the name if offence was caused.
Having said that, rudeness is rudeness and is rarely
warranted in my view, even from Perdita without the
period! Crudeness is merely a form of rudeness typically
employed by individuals who lack subtlety.
Either form seems misplaced in a facility which is
designed to assist people seeking help methinks.

That period was inserted to get out of the killfile bin.

Amen to that. And I doubt if you gave offense to anybody.
