Excel percentages in excel

how do i calculate the forcasted increase in income for 2005. using the percentage increase in cell p1(2%) as an absolute reference and calculate the 2005 increase on the monthly income for dec(cell b3)jan (cell c3) and feb (cell d3) please,please help im going made on this one???????????????
 
Absolute reference in excel

you can use $ symbol for absolute reference. Fo example you have a value in Cell C6 then u can refer to that value as $C$6 in your calculations.
