Per User Licensing?

Can I setup a Win2K terminal Server to work on a per user
basis? Reason being is we only have 3 people connecting
to the Terminal Server but we each have office computers,
laptops, and home computers and this requires 9 Licenses
under our current configuration. But if it was on a per
user system it would only be 3 users
 
Unfortunately not. Per User CALs is a new feature in Windows 2003.
