Pentium M 725A or 740

Hello
I have a small question about Pentium M 725A and 740, but first I want
to apologize for my propable grammar mistakes :-(

Which of these processors should i choose for my notebook: The first
one is slower, but doesn't require an effective cooling system (it has
21 W TDP). The second one is faster and demands better (and noisier???)
fan (27 TDP). Personally I prefer "peace and quiet" sollution, but
their price is comparable and faster processor is always better because
of performance :-)

And finally my question: Is the noise diference really noticeable? I
know that it depends on specific machine, but maybe there is a general
rule...

So you understand the difference, what else is there to say
except that this difference is fairly minor, the performance
is slight, and the heat not much either unless you plan on
doing jobs where the CPU is always pegged at 100%.

At full load the fan will run at full throttle on either =
same noise, if same exact notebook otherwise.

In other words, if it's the same notebook with either, I'd
get the slower CPU if the price difference was $30 or
more... but then I'm usually on battery power using mine and
then I don't even run the CPU at 100% speed, so it would
never effect me much at all.
