Hi.
When opening the task manager window, under the "performance tab", the
"Cpu Usage History" displays two colomns, as if I had a split core? why
is this?

Running WinXP (32 bit) professional sp2 on a Pentium 4 640 3.2Mhz cpu
(with 64bit support)

640 has Hyperthreading, which is two virtual processors running
within one physical processor. Not as effective as two real cores,
but suitable for making the desktop run smoother.
