Pent 4 with D865gbf MB / memory location ??

I have 2 kindgston pc 3200 x 512mg memory = 1 gig ... should i put then
in slots 0 and 1 in the same bank or put in the 0 slot in each bank ???

If you want to benefit from dual channel, for most motherboards you have to
put the modules in slots 1 and 3. Consult your motherboard user manual to
check how it applies in your case.
