Hi there.
I'm facing a problem with the Penmount DMC9000 calibration tool, part
of the XPe driver, downloaded from the Penmount website.
The driver itself is working perfect, except for the fact that it
needs to be calibrated. Here is the problem: when using Minlogon the
calibration tool (DMCCtrl.exe) won't start up. The following error is
displayed:
- PenMount Control Panel Requires System-Administrator Priviliges
I've tried to start the tool bij right clicking it, then choose Run
as, select Administrator and press Ok, but the I get the error:
- The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
In a test image, using Windows logon instead of Minlogon the issue
does not occur.
I've contacted Penmount more the a week ago, but until now they
haven't replied yet. So I'm hoping someone here can help me out.
greetings,
