Pen icon on DHCP lease

S

Stephen Fleece

In Windows 2000 Server, one of my DHCP leases that is
issued to a Windows 98 SE client has a fountain pen symbol
in the computer icon. Other leases have no pen in the
icon. What does that symbolize? Why is that different?

I'm troubleshooting some other network related problems
and was curious if that difference was relevant to the
situation.

Thanks.

That have nothing to do with DHCP lease, it was a symbol of input methods
like Japaness.
