peer to peer with xp home and 98

Hello all

I have a peer to peer network setup with 2 98 clients and
one with XP home and they can all see each other fine. I
have the C drive shared on XP home, but for some reason I
cannot map that drive from the Win 98 machines. When i
try i get the error "Unable to map ... Maybe low on
memory. try quitting some programs and try again". The
98 clients can map to each other fine, and I can map to a
98 pc from the XP. I am logging in to the 98 pc with an
account thats setup on the xp pc as well. Any
suggestions?

The problem is probably that an antivirus program has changed an
obscure TCP/IP setting. Please see this Microsoft Knowledge Base
article for a likely solution: specifying a value of 15 for
IRPStackSize on the XP computer:
