I am trying to get a connection setup between 2 PCs.
PC "A" can access PC "B", but "B" can't access "A". Both
are Win2K, and both are configured to allow incoming
connections. Getting error message "\\PC A is not
accesible. The network path was not found"

Suggestions?

Yes. Show us a little info regarding your setup. "can't access" is not
clear.

What protocol(s)/config(s)?
Workgroup/domain?
User rights?
How are you trying to test the connections, specifically. Include all ways
and results, including error messages.
Display ipconfig /all of both computers.
