.pdf to powerpoint conversion

I have a 35 page presentation in .pdf format that I'd like
to convert into a 35 page PowerPoint presentation. What is
the easiest and cleanest way to do this?

Easy and clean don't go together too well for this one, Doug. You can export
the PDF slides as images and import those images into Ppt. Naturally, you
lose any editing capability other than adding layers.
