Anyone know of a free PDF to Jpeg converter? I only have 7 PDF images
that I want to convert so paywear is out of the question!

Perhaps I've misunderstood? Why can't you simply open the PDF, arrange
the view appropriately, capture that as a bitmap using your preferred
capture program (or just hit PrintScrn), paste that to your preferred
image editor, and then save it as JPG?
