Hi all,

does anybody know a (freeware) software tool tha allows you to organize,
group and possibly view a collection of PDF files? Is there a software
tool that allows keeping a database of files or bibliographic entries
with user notes attached to them?

The only one I am aware of is PDF Explorer.
