pdf in Powerpoint

Does anyone know if a pdf (adobe acrobate document)can be
put into a Powerpoint presentation. I can't figure out a
way to do it! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I always open the pdf file in Photoshop and then save it
for web as either a jpeg or a gif file.
 
my solution is: open adobe acrobat; size pdf file to fit on screen - press
alt/print screen buttons simultaneously; go to powerpoint; put cursor where
you want it; then press control v. (copy / paste). the screen shot will be
too large; but can easily be cropped, sized, compressed.....hope this helps.
