Meet via AccessMonster.com

I know this question is being asked frequently, but I am not getting it.

I have Acrobat reader. Now can any one please tell me how to convert report
to PDF format.

Please reply me in detail with all the steps.

Help would be appreciated.

Acrobat _Reader_ allows you to _read_ PDF files, it does not help you
_write_ them. To convert an Access report to PDF format, you need to
print it to a PDF "distiller" - a special printer driver that outputs
PDF to disk instead of sending commands to a physical printer. The
full version of Adobe Acrobat includes such a driver, as do a whole
host of much less expensive programs. My personal recommendation is
pdf995 (www.pdf995.com). Others here have recommended CutePDF.
Download and install one of these programs and print to the new
driver.

Meet,

Acrobat Reader is a reader and will not help with your task. You will
need to have a PDF writer installed. There are a number of good ones
available. I personally use PDF995 (www.pdf995.com). These act as if
virtual printers. If you go to the design view of the report, and go to
the File|Page Setup menu, you can select Specific Printer, and then
nominate your PDF driver, and after that the report will output to pdf
file whenever you 'print' it.
