pdf format in access 2007

I have created a DoCmd.SendObject acReport command which includes the format
"PDFFormat(*.pdf)".
Both the User and I are operating a 2003 version database in an Office 2007
environment. It works fine on my system but not on the user's, apparently
giving him a "Format not supported" style error message. Anybody got an idea
why this is happening?

The addin is also included in Office 2007 Service Pack 2.
So the user should better apply this than installing a separate download on
a SPless Access. ;-)
