Is it possible to save a powerpoint document as an Adobe
PDF file? We have a presentation that we want to post on
our web site, but do not want any of the material/photos
to be downloaded and used by viewers.

Sure. The easiest way might be to buy and load Acrobat (not the free viewer,
but the real deal). It puts a button on your toolbar that spits out PDFs
nicely.

Another possibility is to purchase the DocuCom PDF program; it installs as a
printer and allows you to generate a PDF file. Can't remember exactly what
the cost is, but it's lots cheaper than the Adobe program.
