PDF files

I cannot view PDF files on websites or download them.
A rectangle appears with the little symbol in the top
left hand corner. Help!!
 
Make sure you have Abobe's acrobat reader program
installed on your computer. This program includes the
plug-in that will allow you to view the files.
It can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com
