Could somebody recommend a PDF reader that will work with Vista RC1 (64
bit)?

many thanks
Colin

I've found there is an Acrobat Reader beta for Vista, but I just can't get
the download from Adobe to work. The download manager is pulled down ok but
when run it just hangs there doing, what seems to be, nothing!

Is there a known problem?

Thanks
Colin

Perhaps. Vista and IE7 has an issue with HTTPS sites, so if the site
is secure, it may not work properly.

In the mean time, I recommend you give Foxit Reader a try. It's free,
small, and fast. It does most of what the bloated Adobe reader does,
although I'm not sure if it runs in x64 or not. I know it works in x86
just fine.

It's a small single executable file though, so there is no
installation needed if you use the zip file, and if it doesn't, just
delete it:

Thanks Bill,

Foxit is running great!

That link does not take you to the beta software for Vista. How about a
correct link?
