PDF files to jpg or bmp

pdf's are electronic documents sent
as images.

if you save a pdf as a tiff, then a graphics
software can open the tiff and you
export it as a jpeg.

keep in mind that jpegs have a
different optimizations settings that
are provided at the time.

Any free screenshot programm will do it. Or even just press Print screen and save to Paint.
