I am always running into problems inserting documents into front page (flash
vids, png, etc etc) today's problem is PDF files any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks

What kind of problem are you having?
If you import your .pdf file into you web, then add a link from a page in
the web to the .pdf file - do you get an error or something when you do
that?

I imported the file but it looks a mess none of the graphics showed up and
the text had a "strike-through" effect to it. I then attempted to copy and
paste the file into my Web i got a similar result there aswell.

Can you provide us with a URL to the page in question on the net?

Just drag and drop the PDF into your current open web, then create a
standard hyperlink to the PDF document. You can not insert into a page, etc.

put a link to the pdf file instead... instead of trying
to get it "on" it...

also what errors are you getting? like what does it say?
if you could post that, i might be able to help more, and
more suggestions :)

good luck :)

What you are describing is typical problem of not incorporating all fonts
into the PDF file. Choose to use Adobe Distiller and further choose to
include all fonts and try again.
