Dear Experts,
I have Adobe Professional software and use it to convert Powerpoint slides.
I select 6 slides perpage and then select convert to pdf. I have a problem
now that when the PDF converter kicks in the handouts disappear and revert
back to the full slide. The resulting pdf file is just full page slides. I
want the handouts to appear in black and white.

Any ideas?

Martina

Normally, if I want to convert anything to PDF, I just print what I want
using the Acrobat Distiller as my printer. Just go to File and Print and
choose the settings for handouts (under Print What) and choose Distiller
as my printer. I don't know why your way wouldn't work, but perhaps this
will do the trick.

Because Adobe's PDFMaker macros are hardcoded to make PDFs of slides, not
handouts.

Ayup.

But depending on the version of Acrobat she has, Martina may need to choose the
Adobe PDF driver in PPT's print dialog rather than Distiller. The name changed
a few versions back.
