Run Outlook; click Tools, Options, "Security" tab.
Uncheck the box, "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a
virus", Click "Apply", "OK"

Hi Laura,

You need a "reader" for .PDF files. Adobe is the original reader, and can
be had here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Foxit Reader is another alternative (and a much smaller download). I have
not used Foxit, and am not familiar with it at all. Get it here:
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php

They are both free.
