We have a 2000 Std edition server with two NIC's. One is
used for the public internet access and the other for the
internal network.
The internal network interface card is failing and needs
to be replaced. Is there any easy way of reconfiguring
the server to use a new network card?
I know Microsoft has addressed the issue and fixed the
problem??? in windows 2003 server.
When activate the new NIC, change the IP on the old and
setup the new NIC with the settings of the old, none of
the clients can access the network or internet.
Thanks for your help.
